Mr. Lingerfield has assisted in the determination of the value of closely held securities of various entities for a variety of purposes, including estate and gift taxes, income taxes, ESOPs, dissenting shareholders, and divorce proceedings. In support of the foregoing, he has prepared documented valuation analyses and made presentations of such analyses to management, directors and stockholders of client companies, as well as to attorneys, accountants and others. Mr. Lingerfield has prepared valuations of closely held operating companies, asset holding entities, as well as other securities, such as undivided interests in real estate and closely held promissory notes.
