| Mr. Hassan has performed and managed a wide variety of client engagements, including public and private company security analyses and valuations for a variety of purposes. The valuation work and analyses prepared by Mr. Hassan have been used specifically by clients for the following: to provide valuation support in estate and gift tax matters; to settle tax disputes with the government; effect corporate restructuring; to purchase and sell companies; purchase and sell minority ownership interests; to assist in the determination of the fairness, from a financial point of view, of tender offers and corporate acquisitions; to provide values for financial reporting purposes; create preferred stocks and debt securities; and to establish stock option plans. Mr. Hassan has given speeches on business valuation. In addition, he has testified before the United States Tax Court. |
Professional Experience 2008-present Vice President1999-2003: Senior Credit Analyst /Assistant Vice President, FleetBoston Financial Corp. and Summit Bancorp. Served in an analytical capacity supporting NJ middle market commercial lending activities. Analyzed the financial performance and creditworthiness of middle market corporate borrowers, recommended and structured credit facilities and provided support for numerous ancillary commercial services offered by the banks, including merger and acquisition advisory, fairness opinions, interest rate and foreign-exchange derivative transactions, asset-backed lending transactions, private banking, asset management and estate planning transactions.
