Joe is a Senior Vice President at MPI and is based in the firm’s Orlando office. His responsibilities include maintaining client relationships and business development in the Southeast region by networking with attorneys, accountants, trust officers and business owners. Since joining MPI, Joe has been involved in numerous valuations for estate planning purposes and financial reporting requirements. He has extensive experience in the areas of management consulting and corporate finance.
Joe spent over 20 years as a financial and operations executive, consultant and entrepreneur prior to joining MPI in 2007. He has experience in running privately held and publicly traded companies and was involved in the spin out of a wholly owned subsidiary through an initial public offering. Joe has also assisted companies in the development of strategic, marketing and business plans as well as advised clients in raising capital, recapitalizing their capital structure and preparing to go public. In addition, Joe has served on the Board of Directors of several businesses. |
