Since joining MPI in 1985, Ms. Schuman has prepared valuations of closely-held interests for sale/merger transactions, fairness opinions, estate and gift tax filings, buy/sell agreements, recapitalizations and Employee Stock Ownership Plans. She has a broad range of experience in many industries, and specializes in valuing multi-tiered real estate investment companies. Ms. Schuman has prepared documented valuation analyses in support of those valuations for presentation to the management, directors and stockholders of client companies, as well as their professional advisors. She owns partial interests in Management Planning, Inc. and MPI Securities, Inc., a FINRA member broker-dealer established in 1995 to provide corporate finance services to owners of privately held and public companies.
