Since joining Management Planning, Mr. Kulik has conducted and supervised a wide variety of client engagements, including private, and, to a lesser extent, public company security analyses and valuations for various purposes, including transfers of interests, gift and estate tax filings, sales and mergers, corporate and shareholder planning, employee stock ownership plans and recapitalizations. In addition, he is Treasurer for Management Planning, managing the day-to-day accounting operations as well as the preparation of financial statements for MPI.
