Mr. Gitto is an experienced financial executive with a solid background in financial and management consulting. Mr. Gitto served as CFO for a number of public and private companies for over 15 years, and has eighteen years experience as an operational and financial executive working with small to mid-size companies in a wide variety of industries.
Mr. Gitto earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and the American Management Association.
Mr. Gitto is also a frequent speaker/moderator and author on a variety of financial topics. He has been featured in Crain's New York and the CPA Journal, and was a lecturer in Seton Hall University's Entrepreneurial Studies Program.
Mr. Gitto is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and served on the Steering Committee for NY & NJ Venture Scene.
