Ezra Angrist has an extensive and varied background in financial analysis, research and valuation, and has analyzed and determined the fair market value of a wide variety of privately held companies and limited partnerships for a number of purposes, including estate and tax planning, income taxes, fairness opinions, sale, merger, stock purchase plans and buy-sell agreements. He uses a variety of techniques including discounted cash flow, comparable company and comparable transaction analysis. Mr. Angrist has also assisted in the analysis and structuring of merger and acquisitions transactions, analyzed client companies, drafted offering memorandums, and presented results to client management and prospective acquirers.
